Antony is our Leadership and Management Coach and Trainer. Assisting us and our clients to achieve the best possible results from the projects that we work on together. 

He has 10 years experience in this field, working with over 3500 successful leaders and managers in 40 client organisations in over 30 countries around the world.

Much of this time has been as a leadership specialist with the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company.

His experience also includes 5 years as a Royal Marines officer.
